I also might add that I imagine certain records that can be found online might include your full date of birth and other personal information that can be used against a thief...

A drive from Pittsburgh is not that far to your place.

I'm sure some guys on here would appreciate a drive over to his house to knock on his door and possibly ask some questions. Best case scenario ya pick up some cigars and possibly some cash? Worst case scenario ya go home empty handed?

Worst case scenario you get shot or punched in the face or screamed at by the gf that answered the phone.
Great coffee, cigars and whiskey. Love them all.

^^^This^^^  Not worth the hassle, he has made his mark. Maybe he had to check and see how bad things are for him here. Probably ran out of everyones scratch and wondering where his next bump is coming from.

Not worth the hassle? I dunno the exact amount he's taken from the members here, but I think it was over or close to $1500? How is it not worth it to pay a little visit and simply ask some questions?

So in other words "some" here are willing to "talk" shit about him on a forum, make assumptions, and etc, but wouldn't confront him face to face? A lot of talk but no one willing to walk the walk when it comes down to it. A negative thing about the internet and forums is people will act like they are god, but when it comes confrontation time, they hide behind their screen.

I know if I lived in this guys area I'd be willing to help out the members here that got scammed. Even if it meant they wouldn't get their product or their money back.

If anyone goes... just be careful. The Castle Doctrine is now in effect in PA, which basically means he can blast you (with a gun or any other weapon he may own) if he feels threatened on his own property or in his own home. I support this law for protection of my own personal property and safety, but I also wouldn't go to someone's house here in PA trying to stir up a shit storm either. I don't think he is in the city of Pittsburgh, which probably has their own laws concerning the Castle doctrine, but if anyone does go knocking on his door, please be careful. If he has relapsed like alot of people think he may have done, he could be desperate and not thinking real clearly or even concerned with any consequences... just saying.

Big talk when you are not the one going. We are covered for our losses with PayPal and have reported him to the authorities.

I know I am the only lady here and would not fight a drugged out felon, but feel free to make the trip.

** I see your post after I type and you are kind to ask after his health.

Excellent advice Todd. I was gonna add "If and when ya knock on the door, stand to the side of the door or porch to clear the shotgun blast"...lol.

If I did go, it would be on a level of concerns or worried about him. Meaning I'd be checking and asking about his health first, then gradually move into the questioning about some items a few of your friends bought and just wanted to see what the status was. You could also say there were rumors he had relapsed and you were just making a friendly stop to make sure nothing bad has happened.

I'm sure a "friendly" stop could be made to get some answers by asking politely without the guns and screaming girlfriend becoming involved. Just be smart and/or if things started to escalate, just say "thank you for your time", and walk way.
