I guess that would work if I were a member of Cf...

Well, I am a member at CF too, but I have only 1 trade with a member there, and he has not posted a TC for me there yet... so, basically I have no Trader history there.  All of my trades and deals have been here... so for me, CF member or not, its hardly worth linking in my CF profile trading history over here...  unless people want to laugh at me.

CF is my, "home board", if you will, so I am not very familiar with many of the other boards that guys here belong to.  That said, I was under the impression that most if not all boards have some form of feedback, trader comments, ratings system or what have you, to let others know what a man's history looks like.  My point was to list yours in your sig tag regardless of which board it is from, thus enabling, or even inviting, OLH members to see what you're all about.  I was not trying to imply that only CFers should do this, or that everyone should join CF to be able to do this.

Though, now that I think about it, this would serve another purpose as well, namely that OLH members would be able to seek out other members of their own home board more readily which might make transacting with others here more comfortable as guys from the same board would subscribe to the same norms and mores as one another.

But you only get trader comments there by trading there.  95% of your activity has been over here Todd.  No surprise why your trader info is here and not at CF.

Brad, exactly... but you have to have people to trade with to get comments too, and I check the Trading forum at CF a couple times a week, and rarely see anything new in there... so, yeah, msot of my deals have been over here.

I wonder if anyone wants my Tat M80s over at CF ?  I will send my end first...

You are right Todd.  Not a lot of trading going on over there anymore.  Many old timers have people they trade with on the side all the time.  Relationships they made years ago.  You have not seen me do any trade on there in some time, but have have made trades.  Behind the curtain with old friends.  MUCH more activity going on here for trades and sales.  More opportunity to build trading reps here.

Or, guys could just start changing their sig tags to look like mine.  If everyone did this then the guy who doesn't sure would look like he has something to hide.

Done now if they are members they can see my 120 trades 100% positive and a thread of what I am really about. Hopefully that will help some people send first because even FOG's will not get any sales from me unless someone I trust gives me a green light  or they send first because many of the trades gone bad had high feedback ratings here, so I hate to say it but they mean little without the added recommendations.

You are right I don't know you, but I do know both Wade and Master from way back.  I have talked and herfed with both of them in person.  I know then both well.  I know this board and was here before Wade bought it from DannyM.  Do you know all of that history too?  There is more to my comments than just what has happened here in the last few months.  Just sayin.

I'm sure all that is true, but the point of all my posting is simply this:

No one but Wade has the authority to make a rule here. Regardless of your history on another board, it is silly to act as if you have the right to make anything other than a reasonable suggestion. The OP has no right to make up rules here, even if he is a great BOTL who you enjoy herfing with. He is neither the site owner nor a site Moderator.

Unfortunately smelvis, it looks like you have to be a member of puff to see your trader feedback or profile stats...I just clicked your link and got nothing but a puff login page.

Don't disagree.  My point was if you knew Master like a lot of us do (including Wade) you understand his comments and how they are meant.  We all know who owns the board.
