To make my eggnog even more tasty, I use a surgical scalpel to remove the chalaza, measure all the liquid ingredients using a laboratory beaker calibrated to nanoliters, and use a stopwatch with gradations in microseconds to make sure I beat the whites the exact amount of time for perfect froth.
