So what I'm hearing is that he is naturally predisposed to being haughty and pompous with an oversized ego that prevents him from accepting any culpability in this matter. That seems to check out.

I shipped this during the coldest week in the last decade in America. I sent pre packaged pictures and packed it as good as I thought I could at the time. I cut pool noodles and tried to secure the box inside a box. Hindsight we should've waited to ship. Shipping fragile things out of the midwest in a week of -10 to -25 temps or whatever they were a few years back was stupid.

After it got f*cked up, I had some health issues, a second child, moved into a new house, had neighborhood (private owned/run neighborhood, not on city water) sewage then flood the basement of the new house in the first two months of living there. The second kids nursery was in the basement and 1 month out from birth we had to move our 2.5 year old into our master bedroom and the new born nursery transitioned into our master closet for the first 4 months of his life while the basement was completely ripped to the studs in 2 bedrooms, an office, the kids bathroom, the downstairs laundry room, and the elevator shaft/hallway for repair.

I know excuses excuses excuses and it takes mins to respond. Spent 4+ years and hundreds of transactions. It is what it is at this point  :'(

Actually went back and tried to count feedback here.....it's kinda hard to count with the setup and scrolling but came up with roughly:

596 postive transactions and 1 negative due to a fragile jar breaking in extreme cold temps. That's on this board alone. Probably had over double on when you combine all the other boards back in the day.

Like I said at this point it is what it is. I'll never be selling here ever again, only buying. Some people may never deal with me ever again and that's their choice! Id bet most people that have done business with me in the past will understand the circumstances. That being said I handled it terribly and am sorry.

Some will also say you suck one D and you're a fa..:lookatme:! Understand both sides....not innocent here. I guess I was finally ready to post my side  ??? Been a weird few years
