Pretty much.  Same happened for me with PE and FOH where staying away is just safer option.  Plenty of vendors out there

I heard from one reputable overseas vendor US customs is sending cigars back to destination. They have received most of the boxes intercepted over the last 12 months.

Wish thay was 2 years ago when I lost 6 or 7 boxes of Diplo 3s and 4s.

Have had this happen on one order
The tracking actually showed it being returned to vendor all the way
