Glad you are getting a store credit but...

If a vendor that I purchased from repeatedly in the past had refused to honor their shipping guarantee, had held on to over $9000 of my money without shipping the product that was paid for and guaranteed, had not responded to any of my emails and phone calls trying to rectify this situation for a month, and who only reached out to me after having to put posts on Facebook and OLH asking for people to email them asking for a refund, I would not be returning to biz as usual.

I would take that store credit, order some cigars ASAP before he decides to no longer honor it, and after the cigars are received, tell him to lose my email and back account information

If that is the case, nothing will have arrived. Tell C1 to send second reimbursement.

The value of the shipment which was seized was $9K?

How many boxes was this for?    I avoid ordering more then 2 boxes at once as it make inspection and seizer much much higher.
