Why? Why do you guys keep responding to this guy? He is here for 1 reason. To get you to bite on his insanity. He's obviously a person that has WiFi access in a padded room. Not an MD as he says, but a patient. 70 post's, all on Trump. He took Hillary's loss so badly that it affected his life and sent him spiraling  down to depths that he couldn't handle. He probably doesn't smoke, and if he does, it's what his handlers let him smoke, Swisher Sweets or something of the like. Listen, he's like a giant puddle of dog diarrhea. You can't get pick it up and get rid of it, but it'll soon disappear.

I don't get involved in politics as I really don't care. I'll give you credit for getting the board riled up though, troll level infinity. However, a couple things have struck me as odd, namely your propensity to outright insult people on a friendly board and this quote in particular:

While there are plenty of reasons to add a MD to your signature, the majority of those reasons take place in a professional environment. I do understand being referred to as "Dr so-and-so" in matters of etiquette, similar to how you would call some "Justice so-and-so" or "Sir so-and-so." Insisting on listing your credentials on a cigar board is beyond laughable to me and is either a sign of great hubris and arrogance or alternatively, massive insecurity. It is my experience that as people climb career ladders and become more respected within their professional community, the less that they need to call attention to additional titles or refer to formal qualifications.

Also, the opioid issue has not been resolved over the past decades. It has increased in the past decade and only recently been addressed. Exactly why our favorite MD here doesn’t go out on paid dinners anymore with RX reps.

Since we’re actually discussing the post here,
The topic of a written work is not dictated by the title or subject alone.

As for all the other posts off topic,
