PGRs were bought and resold, questions were raised about the legitimacy and band manipulation. Refunds were refused and later accepted after threat of scumbag list inclusion. Left a bad taste in many people's mouth. No idea what really happened but the way it was handled should make everybody think thrice before buying., IMO

Bottom line-Seller passed off Lusis with reglued PGR bands and tried to hide behind Oz's credibility to get him through the scam. #FAIL

To add to it he was looking for other HTF bands in the ISO threads. All very fishy.
