Nobody spends $1k on a box of cigars and gets bands like that without questioning their vendor. The fact is he never contacted them about it, yet tried to discredit Oz.

Then again, people wait 2 months without even looking at what they buy.

Also, who's to say that the vendor didn't wrap the box in cello for shipping/storage? NC vendors do it and nobody thinks twice about it.
