I've been happy with the time or two that I've dealt with SrsMiscer. Never a problem with gouging.
But when I read your comment here I had to have a peep at your profile. Doesn't look like you have a coin by your name, and your feedback puts you as a major seller of high end shit.
Just saying..... Kettle.
Oh, Wade is probably just not caught up with things yet right?

Great point. This clown Paulina is calling out someone who has donated while he's sold lots of mgrs, cohiba 1966s, ra Phoenicios, and other high end boxes. Paulina you're as bad as this dick weed taps. Worry about donating yourself you habano pawn.

Just couldn't stay on the sidelines could you.... lol
And last I checked Mikey brought up the donating to the site. Donating to me doesn't mean shit.
Just thought it was worth noting since he seemed to be very concerned about donating.
No dog in this fight!

The best part is not once did this clown say anything about Bon Vivant roasting his ass. He just felt the need to attack me in the ISO. None of this would be happening if he kept his mouth shut. No one would have ever known his source.
Literally 4 guys he has done group buys with have all said he is the only one that sells his shit for a profit.
I sure am glad I smoke very few cubans and stick to the NC at this point.

This is another taps lie. Keep it going!

I knew about this guy a few weeks ago. My home board is closed and discusses sources out in the open.
We're a pretty small group though really. And the doors are locked.

Re: Who bought the fakes?
Who is this Spain vendor because I have bought from Srs previously and been very pleased with the purchase. Given some of his prices, I find I can do better if I buy a box but I don't always want to buy a box. I have a couple vendors that are not unknown by those that look for cc but none are Spain and they don't sell 5ers or samplers for the most part. This Spain source must be like striking gold!

Re: Who bought the fakes?
Taps...a couple of questions please, and a tiny bit of advice:
In what way was your concern with other people's business conveyed upon you ? I mean, was it like Papal ? Or did some group vote you Hall Monitor ? Or is this a self-appointed kinda thing ?
I, and most folks I bet, appreciate a heads up concerning vendors of fakes, and slow or no payers/shippers, but how can the prices people charge in any way be your business ? If you want to be a Superhero, you'd be better served sticking to the actual theft. Cigars are a free market item, not close to a necessity, so NO price, no matter how high, is gouging. If you have a problem with a few hundred $ profit on a cigar board, the knowledge of the profit margins you pay for everyday goods would make your head blow up :)
And as to the advice: Before you continue heralding Bon Vivant as part of your Price Police Force, take a quick look at the prices he charges. He is probably the most blatant of all the profiteers on the site. In no way am I ctiticizing his prices, but if profit is a "crime" in your eyes, your hero is Public Enemy #1. :)
Closer to the topic of this thread....I believe that I puchased quite a few boxes sourced through the folks your detective work has uncovered. I bought two boxes of a Spanish RR, knowing the Spanish price, so knowing that I was paying an extra $50/box. Immediately upon completion of that deal I requested 6 more of the exact same cigar...and yes, knowing that I was paying $300 more than if I was standing in a store in Madrid. I don't have a source in Spain...I wasn't standing in a shop in Madrid, and they are a cigar that I feel is worth the prices I paid. Successfully deal for the TWO people involved, and really none of you business.
Final food for thought: these guys, according to your reports, are turning over quite a few cigars, lots ads, lotsa trader comments, lotsa satisfied customers. Your buddy, Leo, lists the same crazy priced list (pretty much) every month...no evidence of success selling, then posts the same list the next month or two later.
Is it envy of their success that irks you so ?
BTW...I have more than once considered buying one of Leo's boxes, knowing that he was likely doubling his money, conceivably tripling it if he bought the box new. And I would have been a satisfied customer and assumedly posted a glowing Trader's Comment. It would be a successful deal, between two adults, and really none of your business.
Ok..more than a little bit of advice :) and I apologize ifthe tone seemed harsh. It is obvious that you can be an asset to this site...you obviously care deeply about a lot of things. The Don Quixote Price Police Schlick isn't working for you though :) and it alway will be on a virtually unmoderated COMMERCIAL site.

Re: Who bought the fakes?
For what it's worth I don't think the vendor in question guarantees shipments, I'm not sure I've never ordered but a few friends have been dealing with him for quite a while so the resellers are assuming some risk.

Or even quintupling his price if he's switching bands! Fingerprints!
As for the not getting involved in others' legitimate business, all I have to say is Omerta.

Re: Who bought the fakes?
Great post hutch!
While taps has done some good things for the community here, his cancerous and negative attitude have done far more damage. Respected members don't even want to chime in anymore for fear of being berated by him. People on private forums talk about the cesspool environment he's created here. At times I really just feel sorry for him. Most people only associate with him or kiss his ass in hopes of a connection for htf bourbon.
