Good guy to deal with. Cigars arrived with an extra, as he sent them a day later than promised. Wasn't expecting or requiring the additional, but I certainly appreciated it.
I've been fortunate to deal with about a dozen guys over the last year here. Every transaction was solid. Reallt a great site.

well where to start....Richard is in a league all his own...he is generous...hell I think he might just be Santa Claus....he is respectful and pure gentleman. It appears I may have spoken too soon...
I did purchase 2 Cohiba 1966's, which I have yet to try. I'm now not so optimistic about what I have purchased.
We move on, no hard feelings. The $90 spent won't kill me.

I am sorry to hear this. He has been accepting some cigars back and refunding but I don't know if this is still going on.
