I bought some BHK52 that were sealed and when opened were damaged. Obviously not David's fault as the outer box was fine. His remedy, sends me a new box on his dime and let's me keep the damaged smokes so they can meet their fierey death.

Haha thank you guys.
When I found out the sealed box had eight damaged sticks, I felt bad and it was my duty to make it right. Although it did take roughly two weeks to get a new box of BHK 52's to my fellow brother of the leaf, I do appreciate him being patient while I promised to fulfill his original purchase. I couldn't have asked for a more patient and calmer brother of the leaf while obtaining a new box for him. Most people would have blown off a gasket and called me out, but not this guy.
