It's time to make the skinnys believe in seamonsters and start sinking everything out there.  These bastards already have over 600 hostages!  Do you get that, over six hundred! The west is demonstrating that it is impotent, as in limp and useless other than to piss and moan.

I'm really tired of hearing how big the area is. If it is so damned bit how are the skinnys finding targets? Before someone asks how do we tell who's not the bad guys, well how does a Predator pilot preemptively ID that 6 guys meeting in a mud hut in Pakistan are bad guys? You watch. There are no mountains here, and fishing boats don't carry large crews, they get in the way.  Twenty guys on a boat, make it a smoking hole in the water.

And to the idea that killing pirates will not fix it because there is an endless supply, we used to think that about fisheries too. Keep the pressure on and you will deplete the population. It won't happen in a month, but if you aggressively hunt and kill them then the problem will be solved, and oh yea, smoke on the water = no caskets in the streets, no wailing parents, no pictures of the dead. Don't advertise it, just start killing them. How many more do we have to lose before the west gets the stomach for what it is going to take.

Even a cursory glance of your prior post would confirm that the Washington just doesn't have the balls to take care of business like this.  Our Founding Fathers would be ashamed.

Or frankly forcing the countries they come out of to stop this problem unless they want the US army to go in there and sort it out (by it of course I mean lots of bodies of dead pirates and anyone caught boarding a boat that is suspicious)

They now have floating bases, and are taking ships 1000 miles
from Somalia. Which is where we lost the Blackhawk and 14 men.
Yeah, they need to be taken out, when Jefferson had enough

on them, officially, which the Americans have only done 3 times, Japan

Sorry, I spend a lot of time with military personnel, picked it up there.  Skinnys seems to be a catch all term to describe the locals in east Africa.  It shouldn't be that hard to figure out where it came from.  As far as I know the term has been pretty common since the deployment to Somalia in the 90s.

But they wont smoke just  any old thing, so i send them Opus and Anejo.
Never heard of skinny`s either. I learn  somethin everyday.

Agreed! Yet the U.S. is now sending warships to the Libya. I reckon if the pirates were threatening access to oil reserves we'd see some pretty quick action in that region.
