Cellular Sales of Knoxville

Cellular Sales of Knoxville Tennessee is a fraudulent company that steals from their employees' that they label as independent contractors.' Of course they do this to avoid paying taxes. All of Cellular Sales quote Independent Contractor's? are really employees. I have to admit that the creator of Cellular Sales, Dane Schism, was a freaking genius because he created a company that has FULL profit and no loss. Here's how Cellular Sales works:

NOTE: If you're even considering working for Cellular Sales of Knoxville, DON'T DO IT!!!!!!! Just so you know, they'll hold your paycheck for SIX MONTHS if you quit and even if you made 10K, trust me, you won't see a penny because they'll claim the day you left 90 accessories came up missing or that you had 100 deacts and however many chargebacks so that they can legally keep all your money and go buy a yacht. Don't be surprised however, when they send you a 1099 (after April 15th mind you), that states you made 10K, 15K, or 20K more than you actually cashed in paychecks.

They schedule' their independent contractors' on a monthly basis (which is illegal)

Then, as an independent contractor, you are responsible for inventory for a given shift. Basically, if some customer or MANAGEMENT (which has happened numerous times before) wants to take something during your shift, including a $700 PDA, a $300 phone, or accessories (or many for that matter), the money comes out of YOUR paycheck. Also, customer bounced checks come out of your commsissions as well.

The company itself has NO LIABILITY whatsoever. Also, up until last month, we were only required to pay the cost for missing phones and accessories, yet they got even greedier and now their latest lie is, due to tax purposes, we have to charge you guys FULL RETAIL PRICE for missing items.? Gee, I think I smell some BS! Why don't you guys just send out an email and be REAL for once! The email would say; ?Well, due to us becoming increasingly greedy bastards and having to support our outrageously ritzy sickening lifestyles, we are now robbing the poor to feed the rich!?

Cellular Sales pay system has no liability either! I really think Josh and Bryan team up each month at the Ritz Hilton and have their own monthly meeting about how they can rip us off more to get more money from us. They look each month at the people who are raking in the dough and feel they can just take a few extra buck here and there. They change the tier levels without notifying us, charge us for phones and accessories that we didn't take and then with all that, there will still be a thousand dollars just ?missing' out of your paycheck and you can't figure it out. THEY MAKE IT SO CONFUSING ON PURPOSE' SO THAT YOU WON'T EVEN ASK! Then, if you try to question them, they tell you to go research your problem and come back to them when you've' found where the problem is.

Another amazing thing is that if you quit Cellular Sales, you'll get your 1099 in the mail and it will say you made hundred's to thousand's more than you actually made. They tried to tell one of us that because ?we didn't pick up our checks,' they cashed them in and still had to claim that we made that amount! WHATEVER? I can't believe you people are still in business to this day!

Brian Snyder and Josh Keller are master scammers. Especially Brian Snyder; in my opinion he's the epitome of evil. The man is a liar, a pervert, and last but not least, a THIEF! I, along with many others slaved away for this manipulative jerk for way too many years and what reward did we get? Eh, we had money disappear' from our paychecks and the only excuse is, Well *****, Verizon didn't pay us on that!? And I'm not talking about a few bucks; I'm talking about THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS just somehow unaccounted for. They also decided since we made more money last month due to 3rd ID active duty military returning from a deployment that they could change the tier' of how we get paid and NOT EVEN TELL US UNTIL WE PICKED UP? OUR PAYCHECKS! Now, WTF is that??? Their lame excuse this time around was that Verizon changed the commission pay structure, but a few of us went to Verizon and talked to a few higher ups and they said it wasn't the case at all. Plus, all of us from time to time would (without notice) just get ?taken off the schedule? as punishment if we had to leave our shift early for any reason besides death. Hmm, but I thought we weren't supposed to HAVE a SCHEDULE?? Yeah, whatever, you guys can't even lie very well anymore! Their newest scam to get more money is to charge us a $10.00 late fee on EACH PIECE of paperwork that THEY process late because THEY'RE lazy asses and then charge us a $25.00 fee each time we're late (late for WHAT?? Oh, and get this, late is considered anytime AFTER 30 minutes BEFORE your SCHEDULED shift actually starts) So, basically that means if you're not 30 minutes EARLY, you get charged a late fee, WHEN YOU DON'T EVEN MAKE A BASE SALARY TO BEGIN WITH!!!.

I have one comment, 'ILLEGAL' A few people had a minus check to start the month off with due to the lovely so-called FEES! Now that's just ridiculous! Jose Ordonez (third best scammer) commented that the money is going to pay for our Christmas party at the end of the year! WTF? Don't we DESERVE a Christmas party that YOU pay for? Get real, like you'd open your pocket to spend a quarter on little ole' measly us! You know what, you people make me sick! What's literally amazing is that BY LAW' an independent contractor (especially one that's Incorporated, like they ALL OF A SUDDEN required, hmm, I smell some more TAX IVASION, yeah!), is NOT TO HAVE A SCHEDULE '''WHATSOEVER'''' Oh, and the reason that they ALL OF A SUDDEN '''REQUIRE'''' you to be Incorporated (and WE had to pay for it OURSELVES) is because the unemployment office doesn't even recognize Cellular Sales as a LEGAL employer, so now they're investigating the fraudulent company. Of course Brian and Josh are a little scared that the unemployment office might force them to pay for unemployment insurance. So, they know that if all the reps are incorporated by the end of March, then they can LIE to the unemployment office that they have no employees while continuing to schedule us.

One last thing, on top of being a TOTAL RIP OFF, Cellular Sales carries so much drama that it's hard to live a normal life while working for them. EVERYONE defames EVERYONE else and there is no respect for marriages, relationships, or anyone's personal lives. These people just see you as a number that's should be slaving away and making them more money while they go out and drink every night and live it up buying million dollar homes in the hills! They could give a shit less if you have a wife and a life. They'll (or should I say Brian Snyder) call you at the butt crack of dawn and manipulate you to get you to work (they always tend to do this when they ?decide' for some reason they don't like someone anymore and give them shitty shifts to get them to just quit or just take them off the schedule completely). Then, if you by chance want A' day off because THEY' let someone go at the wrong time (oh, and most likely the reason the person quit was b/c $1000.00-3,000.00 was just somehow ?missing' out of their paycheck and they tried to question them on it), then you're not a Team Player' anymore. You know what Brian, save your manipulative bullshit for some new hire that will slave away for you b/c they actually THINK you give two shit's about them, when you could care less if they live or die!

I rest in assurance that the IRS will soon take these scammers down in the near future, but until then, don't work for these evil people unless you want to get totally RIPPED OFF!!!!!!

WOW, that is an incredible read. I don't think I have ever not been ripped off by a cell company. Wirefly is an independent for all of them. I got  2 phones and got ripped and lied to. When I called cingular and told them, THEY DIDN"T care because they sold 10s of 1000s of phones for them. What did this dude Jay do? I have worked for some crooked companies, but I wasn't. I needed to work.
My dad explained business to me very early in life.
If you don't make money off of your family and friends, you wont make any money because your enemys don't come arround!

I saw a guy selling what I thought was way high and said he was starting a business. What would it matter what his price was if the other party was willing to buy it. I see stores selling opus double the MSRP, I think they are fn DOGS but somebody is willing to pay. It's supply and demand no matter what I think.

Being new here to all of this I would like to know how this works. If you have a rare cigar, lets say a BBMF you got in a opus 22 that divided cost was $36. What would / should it sell for? Market price or what? Thanks for your help.

Not sure who you are other then a newbie. Bottom line most folks here hang out at several other well respected boards as well.  Once a doosh bag like this is outed. Usually for good cause.  Were  there are  long time well respected members that have earned our trust.  The word spreads and all the fellow BOTL take care of one another. By making sure there fellow BOTL know whats going on.. They spread the word!

It's the way we make sure that some one like this cant keep running from place to place and taking advantage of and or ripping off other's..
