I responded to Cigarlover888 aka Mark Decarlo add on a on the 3rd for a sealed box of opus number 2 and a sealed box of opus double robusto. we then agreed to 1k for them and I sent payment. I paid later on that evening using paypal F&F. then on the 6th he sent me a tracking number. he sent tracking number 9405803699300647944088.  On the 9th I messaged him on here about the location of the package and also the two new boxes of opus that he put up which was a XXX and a 77 shark. He also offered me a 20th anniversary power of the dream for a total of 1840.  I then went and asked if he would take 1800 for it. He sent me back a message  agreeing to the price and "Printed and packed wed, got to post.office Thursday late,  would think should have on west coast by monday or tuesday." I then proceeded to ask him if he could double check that he sent me the right tracking number and he has gone missing and unresponsive since. does anyone know his phone number or address so I can track this guy down easier. I don't know how to post pics here but if anyone would like evidence I am willing to send it through email. REWARD OFFERED to anyone who can get me information on him.

hello all,
he did the same thing with me on the box of opus sharks.
i sent him 625 via pp ff and got the same note.
no response and i have sent him an email to his direct email, no response.

paypal says the funds went through and that my only recourse is to file a dispute.

live and learn.
if anyone hears anything please post it up.

I don't but some people are able to use an ip address to help locate at least city/state if not within a few blocks of where this guy last logged in from
