Northern NJ

Relative term of course. Is there a current list of cigar friendly places in Northern NJ. I'll start off -- The Porter House in Montvale, NJ (borders Pearl River, Rockland County, NY). Nice spot for happy hour/drinks, good food as well. I've had business lunches there and dinner. Good burgers, good steak (not NYC steakhouse, but a good steak), overall good food.

Any others? The cigar bar, 90 Below (in Englewood, the downstairs of Nintey Grand) used to be a favorite of mine. Unfortunately, this placed closed (as did the entire restaurant, LOL), but even after it went from Ninety Grand to Ocean Palm, the closed the downstairs lounge/bar.

We all know about JR's (Whippany).

So, where are all my fellow NJ cigar smokers? Thanks in advance.

There are a few seasonal places that allow smoking in an outside area.

What about the two locations of Azucar (Edgewater and Jersey City)? I haven't been to JC yet, and it's been a long time since I've been to Edgewater. Any updates?

Anyone know a place in Clifton -- Jamie's? I hear it has a cigar lounge.

I've been to Jamie's.  You can smoke at the bar.  There is no lounge.  It's one town over from me.

Rich, I stopped in to Jamie's. I kind of knew the place but it didn't register. There must have been some company/holiday thing going on as it was very crowded. Nobody was smoking a cigar and it was a bit tough to get a drink. I'll stop in again next time I am in the area.

Anytime you want to meet for a drink and a smoke Rich, just LMK. It's been a long time.
