True they can. But these are from a2013 50 cab. From FOH PSP so they are of superior quality.

Indeed. I for one don't care for the dark wrappers he invariably selects for his HQ and PSP grades and would never pay the premium.

Stay away from this guy. He only sells crappy dry cracked cigars and doesn't communicate effectively.
