What is the typical secondary market value for pappy? Specifically old rip 10 yo. Want to get my dad a bottle for Christmas but prices seem insane. Thanks

Last couple years, it seems secondary for Pappy involves hanging a zero on the end of MSRP.
Pappy van 23 is excellent shit, but I've never had any juice worth $2K a bottle
May I recommend Willett's offerings? Much easier to find and excellent quality

There are dozens of easily obtainable bourbons out there without having to give up your first born. The 10 year in no way even worth $200, save yourself a ton of money and pick up a bottle of Elmer t Lee, Elijah Craig 18, or some offerings from Orphan Barrel. Don't fuel the gougers either
