Big Escambia Spirits//Alabama Bourbon

Whats up guys! Just wanted to let everyone in on a little info- My dad, Seth Dettling, owns and operates Big Escambia Spirits (BES). For those who have not heard, BES started in 2013 and and we are a small craft distillery located in lower Alabama. In May, we launched our very first product, "CRU RUM". Hand made with first strike sugar, no additives, no glycerin, and no added sugar or coloring. One of the finest pure rums on the market. We took that very rum and stored it in used red wine, white wine, and tequila barrels. This past May they awoke from their 11 month nap and they are now being sold in Alabama in exclusive ABC stores.

Also, we are the makers of Alabamas first bourbon. We are the first to make and store bourbon in the state and soon it will be ready.
-side note: yes, bourbon can be made in any state, anywhere...not just Kentucky or Tennessee. It must only follow federal guidelines.
