Is there a "Price Guide" for some of the older EL stuff?

As stated in the title, a place to discuss cigars and things related to them.

Does anyone know of a resource that can give value estimates for some of the older EL stuff?  I'm talking like 2003 - 2007 Partagas, RyJ, Cohiba, and the like?

It would be virtually impossible to maintain...IMO. The market is influenced by too many factors. Auctions influence the price. Friends to friends would be yet another list. OLH itself has had an inflationary influence ...also IMO :) One man with a considerable Fuente collection held to a 5%/yr appreciation when liquidating.

As to CCs, I've seen the exactly same box code box sell for $500 and $900 on the same day. One was a friend to friend ISO...the othe in response to an ad...all parties were satisfied. Compounding all the other variables, it matters exactly which cigars you want a valuation of, and are they produced any more ?Discontinuation puts an immediate premium on any cigar...hell, plans or even rumors drive prices up :)

What I'm trying to say is, any list would be obsolete within a month. A better question, and one I have seen asked, is "what are the Monte EL Robustos and '03 HDM Pyramids going for nowadays ?" HTH
