I think people are coming down on Cam way too harshly. He punked out a bit during the interview but after losing the biggest game of your life I understand not wanting to discuss questions that point the blame at him.
How about, oh I dont know, some fucking blocking? How about that 30 yard reception that was called incomplete and held up on review even though its clearly the wrong call? How about a no call late in the game on an obvious pass interference call on Bradley Roby? Greg Olsen 4 catches on 9 targets? What the fuck was Jonathan Stewart doing all night long? Carolina also let up the biggest punt return in Super Bowl history that set up some easy points. Cam's game wasn't great and he made a couple of poor decisions (including the post game interview) but I think this really showed that his supporting cast is right next to non-existent and the guy needs more than re-treads, has-beens, and never-will-be's to win it all.

All true, however, being a leader means you can talk about the good and the bad. You can rise above your emotions and provide a clear, accountable review of your performance without placing blame on others. As a man, it also means you act like a man. Yes, he was devastated. Yes we was disappointed. Take 15 minutes to take responsibility for your actions and articulate that succinctly. And if he didn't OVER-showboat on every touchdown people would expect less.
