Any plant people here?

I'm on the hunt for what I think is a Greenovia Dodrentalis. I seen a potted succulent type plant in someone's backyard at a party. Looked so cool. It was like a green rose half bloomed on a stalk with other little branches coming off the main with a half bloomed bud on each end. I've tried multiple nurseries near me and even a cactus nurser. No luck on any greenovia type.

The plant looked similar to that. I'm hoping to find cuttings or a plant.

I'm assuming the seeds dont work out too well because this plant seems to be rare hard to come by. Saw one on eBay go for like $50 in a very small pot.
