Need Easter Bunny Help

Post by Johnny-O! »

Kinda off the subject. Looking for ideas on Easter baskets and anything related to Easter for the kids. Would be grateful for any help. Something new something different. John

Kids don't appreciate smokes and rum anymore?

How about pieces of paper attached to the basket offering coupons for things they like (they get to pick the restaurant, extra time in front of the tube or video game machine, get to stay up an extra hour on some weekend evening, maybe even a free called in sick to school day?)

A couple of years ago I ordered online a chocolate dinosaur egg for my (then) 4 y/o grandson (a chocolate egg with little chocolate dinosaurs inside). He loved it. I haven't had another good idea yet, but tomorrow I'm checking out Cost Plus World Market on my way home; they often have unusual seasonal gifts and candies.

Oh, for Halloween last year I took them a Wilton's Halloween candy-making kit; even though it was the day after Halloween, we had a fun day of making candies. They have Easter kits also.

+1 for World Market, they definitely have a lot of creative presentations. I've also seen a lot of nice ideas on that pinterest site that my fiancee frequents

Phishman, do you really like Easter or are you just looking around saying you like things?
