Will add that this member is known and has history elsewhere so possibly all kosher....initial knee-jerk reaction but a couple friends have been burned bad recently.

Yes, that's what I refer to above. I should have fact-checked a bit more before the initial post but nothing wrong with erring on the side of caution given some recent events.
