46, not bad for a barrel proof private bottling. Review tonight.

With that sort of proof, I bet it would make an awesome sazerac. I love sazarac's! I make my own simple suryp with ginger steeped into it. Sometimes I will steep a cinnamon stick during the christmas season.

there is a small production liqueur, Sorel, made by a company called Jack from Brooklyn that is awesome in holiday cocktails.

I have quite a collection of Sazarac glasses from the official Sazarac Bar in the Roosevelt hotel where this drink was made/ conceived (can't prove it. I wasn't there). But I could steal you a couple next time I go if you want a couple. LMK! I'll get my wife to bring "King Louie" with her. It holds allot of glasses.  :cal:

Neat: WARM, lots of Spice

On an ice ball: absolutely delicious!
An amazing depth of caramel and spice. Improves as dilutes with the sweet spot just south of ~100 proof. Nice long finish

For Cohim.............a Sazerac:

A classic Sazerac, awesome cocktail!
