SmokinCeeGars

Post by breitling »

Paid for an item from Paulie about 2.5 weeks ago, and since then have not heard from him nor have I received the item. He seems to have great feedback but I am PMing him, and emailing him. His account shows that he has been "active" on the site and it appears he has read my messages but continues to not to reply. This has been going on about a week now. Not sure what to do? I really did not want to post here but I am not sure what to do. I mean, he could be on vacation... I do like to give people the benefit of the doubt.. but this has me worried.

Iv done a few transactions with paulie as well as a friend of mine has. I really don't think you have anything to worry about, he has been great every transaction. And they weren't for low dollar items. This is definitely not the norm. Not sure what's going on, but I'm pretty sure he will make good. Give him a few days, I know it's gotta be frustrating tho. Hopefully everything's ok with paulie, and he makes good.

Thanks for the reply. Keep hoping he sends me a message... not really sure I have any other option though. Since there's no recourse with the payment methods we use here for the most part.

Just heard from Paulie - he'd been out of town on a trip with limited email. This will work out I'm sure. Thanks guys!

Having said that.. this site seems to say that users have been "active" in the user profile when they have clearly not been active. Wonder what is up with that.

Man, I'm glad (tho not surprised at all) that this was all a mistake and all will be made right. Paulie has been a stand up guy with every transaction and didn't see that all going down hill over one sale. I will say the "active" status, it shows me active quite a bit when I'm not, more then likely I assume due to me never logging out on my iPad, and everytime I connect I it perhaps shows me as logged in?

I may have spoke too soon.. he said he would make it right and have his secretary check the shipping info a week ago and I have not heard from him since. Are my expecations just too high to expect a response within a week of having Cigars missing for a month with no tracking provided or anything? I know every forum has their own idea of what is acceptable..

Okay, took a while but Paulie re-sent them and got them today.

Thanks Paulie, they look great.

Just completed my 1st transaction with Paulie. He provided excellent communication & send pictures prior to purchase. Everything arrived in perfect order.

No hesitations here!  THANK YOU Paulie!
