I'm sure it's on the TV "news" broadcasts but I don't watch those. Just following the online stories I'm seeing. It seriously looks like Russia is not ready for guests.

I wonder why they didn't just take some taxpayer money, and fix the facilities up a bit.
You know, like some government grants/tax breaks for the property owners or something.
Kind of showcase the venues and facilities for the outside world to see.
Maybe the money's tight over there, or the people that have it, won't un-ass it, I don't know.
