One popular vendor has a ton of these in stock.  What's the deal on these?  Any good or worth picking up a box of 15?

Thnx

I think they are very good. One of my favorite cigars. Not sure the deal other than they are in cardboard. But I think they are excellent.

They're decent. Most guys looking for vintage want stuff aged in SLBs. The cigars in paperboard can over time pick up the aroma and flavor of the cardboard, which is why these have been available for so long.

Would they have aged better in SLBs? Yep. Are these still decent? Yup.

There are a ton of 2005 Mag46 around because they were sub par. The couple of cabs I had were meh. I found that the 2003 Mag46 and 2008 and newer are far superior.

I agree with this 100%.  SLB or CAB is the way to go.  Upmann 46's are some of my favorites.  Love the size and flavors that come from them!
