This is another perma ban for multiple aliases.  If anyone was/is in the process of dealing with one of these you need to take your communications off board, he can't log here.

I've been ringing the ban hammer like I'm working on the railroad lately.

Any consideration to turning off new registrations for a little while?  Not sure how many new people sign up a week here.

I've changed the procedure so I have to approve each new registration right now.  I've disapproved as many as I've approved in the last few days.

I have seriously considered turning off the registration for a few months to let this blow over.  It is an option.

Just put some requirements on when new members can get access to the marketplace. Maybe something like a 30 day wait period along with X amount of posts.

I've thought about that one.  It has been discussed lately. I may do something like that before I'm finished.  It will change the site a bit.  I was looking over some of the accts of some of the people that were online recently.

One poster who joined when I launched this format back in 2007 (CF'r) has 426 posts, and not a single post anywhere but in the TSBC.  There are a lot of people who only view OLH as a market and not a forum and don't post.  In some ways change is inevitable, and I think this may be one of those things that has to change.  It will slow the new guys down and maybe it will help to get some true colors out there and keep someone from posting up a bunch of high end stuff 20 minutes after they register.

Wade,
I also have been here since '07 and a CF'r and I agree regarding change. It will freshen up OLH.  I'm not a seller, but I do checkout the TSBC for anything good, but from somebody I know. I will treat OLH as a forum.
