Got an OLH private message from CTrader, telling me that he had photos to send me and wanted my email address. Member for 2 months, 1 post, and a gmail address. Anyone know who he is ?

No offer came. I explained my reluctance to send $ to a stranger and he was very polite and understanding. As likely as not he will end up being OK...I just dont wanna be the test case this time :)

Gave the new guy a chance:

He negotiated a deal, confirmed pricing and shipment date. And that is that, no further communication in the last two weeks despite multiple attempts (PM and email) to confirm shipment. No cigars... no big deal as I am not out anything but a little time.

Bottom line: CTrader not at all reliable and therfore off my list for doing future deals with.
