I missed out on the Goldie No. 2s when they first came out but I wa lucky enough to grab a few here. lit my first one up tonight to see how much I would enjoy it and to see if it is worth grabbing the new No 5 that were recently released.
My impressions were I love the size, the construction was flawless and the aroma and taste were outstanding. I'm a bit disappointed that they went to a much larger ring gauge for the new release but after this one, I definitely plan on not missing the boat twice. At $16 to $18 a stick they are by no means cheap but for a special occasion smoke, they are well worth it in my mind.
Anyone else take the plunge yet on the No. 5s?
