Thanks to HSA price increases and the Tax hikes, I gonna quot drinking and pour my beer budget into cigars

The article does not mention volume (box or stick) increases it only talks sales or $. That is a 3.7% rise in sales.

Just a thought. Price hikes by HSA alone could account for that increase even with a decrease in sales volumes due to a poor world wide economy.
