Bought my new house in November and built my lounge in January. Turned out just how I envisioned! What do ya'll think? The exhaust fan works like a champ...with 9 people all smoking, it does very well!

Bought it from Grainger but I saw one similar at Lowes. It's 325 cfm and the room is apprx. 17x14. It does surprisingly well.

Very nice.
I have a small studio by my pool that's approximately the same size. Electricity, heating and air, but no water. Considering a man cave for this space, but needs to double as private sleeping quarters for overnight guests when we have them. Definitely will need a quality filtration system. Weather in Austin is condusive to outdoor smoking 90% of the time, epecially with pool.
Love what you did (except get rid of Gurkha posters, LOL)!!
