I dont have any info to add, ust a question....He mentions having just found the forums but has so 2 year old Johnny-O's for sale. Does John sell his cigars via other avenues? I have never seen them outside the forums.

Johnny does sell via CF and possibly other sites or has sold at CF in the past as I dont post there much. I noticed the same thing Hello here I am got my pink slip...I said here come the FS threads...20 minutes later and there they were. Hopefully what he stated is fact and not fiction. I'm curious how this one develops

My guess is it doesn't really play out.  Typically Don's MO is to make a few deals to get good trader comments then do a ton of deals at once and make off with the money.  Usually he isn't identified so quickly though so he may just jump straight to ripping people off.

Yes, his name is Don Clark.  I bought just 4 sticks from him.  If he burns me it won't hurt too bad but I hope it doesn't come to that....wish I would've known though.  I guess we'll see.  He said he'd send today and get me the dc#....For now, he gets the benefit of the doubt.

He is a known thief and scumbag.  He has ripped people off here for thousands of dollars, I would try to cancel the paypal payment immediately because best case scenario you are paying a guy who has ripped off many people here.  Alias will be added to the scumbag list.

How do ya report a guy selling illegal products to the authorities when you knowingly were buying the illegal products in the first place?

Like telling the authorities ya bought drugs and got ripped off.

Kind of a sticky situation and whichever decision ya make is gonna have its consequences.
