I saw a post over at CF where he started a thread and his very first post was to sell some cigars and of course the longstanding members there who really frown upon first post for sale threads tore him a new one...

If I remember correctly, there was some question about authenticity too (he put some of his uncello'd cigars in cello wrappers), and this guy tried to defend himself and failed. I posted the thread below if anyone wants to see it. He also mentioned that some of his sales were on ebay, but that he only sold boxes there...cigar selling on Ebay is never a good thing, at least to me. I personally, wouldn't buy anyhting from him, based on what I have read and know.

He seems like a bit of a flake....sent me a long list of cigars he was interested in....when I got back to him with prices, he narrowed his selection down a bit and then asked for me to send a PP request for funds and then flaked out of the whole deal all together without really providing any kid of reasoning.

I'd be a bit warey of any dealings going forward...

Oh god.... Here we go again......  CF was a newbie mistake and I posted everything worth posting to gauge interest and to hopefully cover some unexpected medical bills.  I would never sell/trade/etc anything I wasn't sure about. I bought the CC's a loooooong time ago before I knew very much at all (and I'm still no expert at CC's, so I stick with NC's if I ever Sell), so I asked about their authenticity.  I made a newbie mistake of trying to sell everything I had, but learned my lesson and took everyone's advice very seriously

Feel free to do all the investigating everyone wants and make your own judegment.  I've never done anyone or anything wrong and actually try to do my best to make sure everyone I deal with is more than happy/satisfied (even paying out-of-pocket for expedited shipping so that they won't have to wait over the weekend, like the TAAs I just sold), and that they get exactly what they paid for in safe condition.  So take it for what it is.  I'm an honest guy.  I've made plenty of deals here without a problem, buy or sell, so I'll let my actions speak for itself.

It kind of sucks that I get so much slack EVERYWHERE  I go for asking for help authenticating so that I DO know what I'm dealing with when it comes to CCs, making a newbie mistake of trying to sell on my first CF post (realizing my mistake and leaving), and then doing NOTHING wrong buying/selling. 

As for cello'ing my cigars that don't come cello'ed, it's just my thing.  I don't see how that makes them fake AT ALL.  I just cello every cigar so that I can store something super oily/pungent like a Liga no. 9 next to an Opus or something and not have to worry about flavors melding , or have the natural oils from my hands constantly touch my cigars when I have to consolidate and move them around from humidor to humidor at times, or when I rotate each cigar a quarter-turn every 2-weeks or so while storing/aging, and most importantly, to protect them from damage.  Basically, I cello all my cigars because I'm super anal like that and don't like imperfect cigars.  I spend a few minutes inspecting every cigar (for veins/stems/cracks/etc) I buy at a B&M due to that very fact

I most likely will never sell CCs ever, because I don't know enough about them.  But everything else I deal with (NCs), I DO know everything about and I'm sure I try harder than most people to make sure you get what you pay for fast, packed more than safely, and 100% authentic, through and through.

As a newbie or not, not knowing about sites like CF, OLH, CP, etc., I didn't know selling in eBay was a bad thing (even if it was boxes I had laying around the house).  In fact, I didn't know that there were even places online to sell cigars, and etc. until I found sites like what was mentioned aboved.  Hence, the "excited newbie" mistake.

TobaccoleafMD:   I'll send you a screenshot of what's going on to prove/explain to you the problem I'm having, making me make payment to you so damn difficult.  Even the amount we agreed on, and the amount you sent a request for was different and higher;  PM me your email address and we'll clear this up.  I even just sent you a PM before reading this trying to fix the issue, but I guess it was a little too late before you commented.  Anyways, I'd still like to buy, so let me know.

Everyone else I've dealt with:  Thank you for your kind words!  I'm glad you all got your 100% AUTHENTIC items safe-and-sound and I'd love to do more business with you if/when I have more things to sell later on!  You guys were all so easy to deal with!  Awesome!

NC?  I never had a problem with NC's.  I am 100% confident when it comes to NC's.  The only thing was that I asked for help authenticating some CC's I bought several months ago and it opened up a whole can of worms for reasons I don't know.
