Lighter of choice and brand of fuel.
I use my Nibbo and Prometheus lighters mostly. The fuel I use is Vector.

Lotus and Nibbo. Blazer fuel.

Dupont X-tend with Lava Fuel or Vector.

Lava or Vector for fuel.
As far as lighters I have about any you can think of but I'm using a $3 Ronson. I picked it up after hearing recommendations from others. Lights every time and if I lose it I don't care.
My favorite behind that would be the PB-207 Blazzer.

Dupont X-Tend, Blazer PT4000 and Blazer fuel all the way.
