According to my payment details, the person I paid is the same as Froglicker77 in the scumbag list.

The cigars are legitimate and the sale was smooth.

I know the subject of whether or not to use TC's for anything other than speaking about of how trades went has been hashed out at length here, but what do guys think about posting TC's warning of his history as a scumbag under another handle?  I for one think it would be a good idea.
