Anyone go to the police yet to make a report?  I’d be curious what the dets tell u.  I think they are gonna say it’s a civil mater.  You sent someone u don’t know $ through f&f for cigars.  No bill of sales, only some back and forth on email.  Prob didn’t give you his real name or good email address..  don’t see mail fraud cuz nothing was shipped so usps isn’t going to do anything.  And if pd even bothers yo look into it and somehow get a hold of this guy then he will just tell them you owed him money and prove he was attempting to scam people out of their cigars.  He can claim the emails were not from him..I think all of you guys are gonna be out of luck regarding having pd investigate

If you can get 20 guys to report it to the cops, they will listen. 1 random guy, good luck.  And guess what, cuban cigars were allowed to be brought to the US.  You weren't the one selling them, you were buying so the argument of you were buying illegal goods is bullshit.  Get the IP.  Friends weren't burnt buying wine.  They got the guys IP, went to the cops. Cops went to this ladies house, she shit her pants and paid my buddy and his friends. 

My guess is his guy is on fentanyl.......maybe percocet.

Where has anyone said buying cuban cigars stateside is illegal? People have maybe talked about the problem of buying them tax free, shipping them, etc...but i think everyone here is educated on the laws of cuban cigars.

And I think blaming drug addiction is a bit offensive. But that's my opinion.

So this IP does come back as NC on 1-2 hits. Most of the hits are coming back as Dallas Texas though, which I’m more inclined to believe is his location since his PO Box is in Killeen. I will still include the NC hit to CID just incase. I’m making advances on his actual identity as well. Will keep updating you all as I go
