It's very unlikely that Paypal will help... people are circumventing their system, by using F&F to pay for goods that you aren't supposed to be buying (or more like people are not supposed to be accepting payment for).  I wouldn't be surprised under their new policies if they suspend a bunch of accounts for people involved here.

They started to clamp down on PP and Venmo F&F payments about 2 months ago, and accounts get flagged when payments exceeding a certain amount are received daily.

Looks like people are still coming out of the woodwork here, and the total is constantly going up daily.  Its obvious that this was a scam at this point, and I am done tryign to give Mark the benefit of the doubt here.

PayPal told me that there was nothing they will do. A gift to him so they are out of it.

Wade, just a note that Paypal will not suspended your account for excessive F&F transactions. If you exceed a certain point in their algorithms, they convert your account to a business account and will only allow you to accept regular goods and services transactions. So you lose the ability to do F&F, but you still have access to dollars and can process regular transactions.
