I don’t mind being the one who files the report, I smoke with several of my local PD.  I’m sure they would be sympathetic.  Just let me know what the plan is.

PM the guy that led the last scam report to the PD... see what they did and what worked.  Without looking, I don't remember who it was, but the thread is here.

It was me.  As a minimum, go talk to the police and get some advice.  The PP security folks spoke to a Detective they used who advised me to go to the local police, file a report.  The police will then contact PP for offical information  and subsequently turn the case over to his local PD.  When he realized we were serious in coming after him he started making us whole.  I was upfront with everyone I spoke with that it was CC...didn"t seem to be an issue.

We bombarded PP  and while they refused to refund us because we paid using F&F, they did open their own case.

Hate this happened , myself and others certainly know what you are going through
This individual  like others before him , are nothing short of scum  , pure scum.

Thanks Jim, as I stated before...I’m more than happy to file a report in the morning.  I’m assuming it would behoove me to have everyones information or at least a total dollar amount taken before filing? Or just file mine individually? I plan on filing a dispute with chase as well.
