Dallas, US Citizens are currently allowed to bring in cuban goods/cigars from any country, for personal consumption.  Has nothing to do with buying in Cuba while on a licensed trip.  This was changed last Fall before Obama left.

Dallas isn't the OP, not sure how you jumped to that insinuation. I though it was obvious but I guess not. 

If I had an issue with Dallas I'd just email him.

I thought you were talking about Dallas too. But then again I was too lazy to see who started the thread, so I assumed it was the topic. LOL
