Or even quintupling his price if he's switching bands! Fingerprints!
As for the not getting involved in others' legitimate business, all I have to say is Omerta.

Glue on bands does not prove anything about those cigars. Take a look at the uk regional this year and many other high end releases.
As for my Pl rdl I way over paid. I got taken by another member on here, on a two box deal that was 300 less per box than anyone else was offering.
Thank you.

Re: Who bought the fakes?
I have no dog in this fight, but Hutch is dead on. Arent the overwhelming majority of habanos sold on OLH grey market anyway? So why does it matter where they were sourced?
Several ppl here do a great job policing this site for fakes and occassions where sellers dont complete a transaction, and for that, by all means grab the pitchforks.
To get butthurt from someone turning a profit on legit goods is just asinine. The seller in question here has, without fail, always delivered a quality product, and his feedback supports that. I dont care about standing in lines at the post office, but he and many others do the leg work of getting these cigars CONUS. And that alone can and should dictate the price tag.
Its a free market. If you disagree with the price, move along. If its a legitimate complaint then voice it. Someone told me early on that OLH is not a BOTL community like many others out there. If youre looking for free or at cost cigars, join SNS or one of the fanboy forums, or look me up on IG. Just let this witch hunt go or find something legit to bring to the table.

I think this thread originally was about a suspect box of PSD4 that was sold recently.

It proves you tried to drag a respected source into the mud all while never contacting said source for a replacement. Your provenance for that box was BS.
Were there any 1966 bands floating around?

Why would I need to ask for a replacment for a genuine product? That makes no sense. I also supplied shipping and payment information/conformation from said source. Like I said, leave me out of this.
Thank you.

I heard you sell suspect cigars. Is that really true?

And lastly, I know I put my foot in my mouth as well. I also have quite a bit of a got to have it mindset. So I will pay as well out the ass for something and when I find it cheaper sell the shit I paid out the ass for. I do not hide that. Especially when it comes to booze.
My issue all along is with people who act like they take care of others and never make money off of people. Then try to say they are all about integrity.
If you buy booze at gouger prices, and then later sell it (at your cost + plus shipping?), does that make you a gouger as well?

It doesn't make you a gouger even if you bought high and then TRIPLED the price to sell it. Booze (and cigars) are not necessities so gouging is not possible. Gouging is when people are forced to buy necessities at artificially inflated prices. It's almost amusing how many people on here feel ENTITLED to buy something that they WANT, and think they have any right to decide the price. They have the right to decide if they want to buy, period. The idea that just because someone else happens to smoke cigars they are obligated to sell at any price other than they choose is beyond ludicrous. Imagine someone going into a store and throwing a tantrum, screeching "your prices are too high, you are gougers". They'd be laughed out of the store, and for good reason...IMO :) Something else that folks don't seem to notice is that the whining isn't even consistent. Some folks seem to get a pass, and their butt buddies jump in to defend them if someone questions their prices. How ridiculous is that ?
The moral of the story here is: get in good with Bob Vivant, Miamipadronsmoker, Michaels, etc and the Price Police will probably leave you alone. Not part of their little clique ? Sorry, the Price Police will decide that you don't have a right to price your personal property as you choose :)
