Interesting comments regarding PP. So is 3% transaction vs. gift more advisable ?

You have zero chance of getting a gift back, you have possible recourse if you did a straight up payment, but be really clear on this, if ** finds out that you are using your acct to sell or buy tobacco related products they will permanently close your acct, end of story.  They are brutal about it. I know guys who have had their accts closed for selling humidors.  If you let them get a whiff of tobacco it's over.

That particular company has made their stance on tobacco abundantly clear so why chance it?  Paying the fee's on anything more than a simple 5'r is going to be more expensive than just getting a money order anyway...  If it's someone you don't trust enough to send a check or MO, do you really trust them enough to put something they gave you IN YOUR MOUTH?

Just my 2 cents...

Froglicker proved that you can pp gift and then dispute it, so yeah you can get f'd by that method too

I tried to dispute a gift transaction recently with Parafumar, for not delivering or even contacting me after he got paid.  I got nowhere with P*Pal.  They said a "gift is a gift"
