Unlikely that he is still in the same apartment almost 2 years later, but the internet sleuths may be able to use that info to track him further.  I tried a reverse lookup on his tele and that appears to have changed.

I did remember in my tele conversation with tstoner86 this morning... my trade with this character back in 2013 was when he was new here, and had no feedback, so I asked him to send his end first.  It was a trade, so he never sent me his address electronically and I shipped his end back to the address on the box label that he sent me.  I guess that explains why I have no record of his addy.

I like how they omitted the option of filing a police report. Are subpoenas for transaction records a sore spot for Paypal? Since they're already dispensing free legal advice, I have to wonder whether they're trying to avoid associating their name with financial crimes?

I also just realized that I messaged him regarding the box of Opus Power Rangers. Messaged 06-11 asking about availability. His reply was "they're pending, but if they fall through, I'll let you know". Odd that if he was planning on ripping off a bunch of people, he would tell someone that they're pending, rather than just "sell" another box.
