He's "Done" here but is now increasing the sales over on ICC.  I'm really wanting to call this guy out.  Should I?  Anybody? 

i've thought about posting something there too.  like a post letting people know in general terms that there's been sales lately & certain people have been gouging on the boxes they got free.  i'm gonna PM a couple guys from there & see what they think, i just joined there withing the past few months.

Felt the same way when I saw his BS start on ICC.  Definately seems like a good idea to check with some fog's over there before calling him out.  Hope they green-light the idea.  Keep us posted bro.

I thought someone over there somewhat posted about that stuff on ICC? I could be wrong but a few days ago someone posted about the exact same thing... I.E. boxes being sold there that were bought on serious sales?

wharfrathoss posted "Buyer Beware".  From many of the comments made, it's okay to profiteer there.  "What's wrong with making a little money?"  "As long as the buyer is happy, what does it matter?"  If the buyer KNEW that he/she was paying double the price what the guy just bought the smokes for, do you think they would be happy?   

There's a lot of different opinions on this, but mine is it's NOT okay to sell smokes to brothers and sisters of the leaf for more than what was paid, not by an individual posing as a BOTL.  Oh I'm not talking about rounding off or even adding $5.  I'm talking about doubling the price paid.  Making HUGE profits.

The jackass that was selling them got them from 1001, so they might have been free cigars to begin with.  PURE PROFIT. 

IMO, it's not about free market or whatever.  It's about community and the idea that you don't go around profiting from others.  If you were a hardcore profiteer, I doubt anyone would have the balls to show up at a herf to see people face to face. 

i gotta say that i didn't expect the mixed responses over there.  remarks like "it's a capitalist society" & "if ya don't like it, don't buy" just aren't in line w/my way of buying/selling/trading.  one of the other boards i post on would've run him off, one of the others would've made him sell in the retailer forum.  oh well, different places different rules.  at least now it's out in the open for those that didn't know.  i think i'll bookmark that thread to refer to when buying/trading there.  maybe i'm idealistic, but i prefer to send my money to those w/the same values i have.  i believe that a transaction between 2 smokers should benefit both parties.  it's good to know that i'm not the only one.
