As the days pile on and this thread is ignored, it is becoming more apparent that there is no intention of making this right. ZAZ, you are the proud owner of a busted jar. It just goes to show you, it can happen to any of us when we buy here no matter how many times we've dealt with someone.

SrsMiscer hasn't logged into the site since March 22, so he is probably unaware of this thread that was created on March 25.  If he ignores it once he logs in, well then that is a different story.  I'm not taking sides on this, but with COVID hospitalizations and illnesses, I tend to give everyone a little benefit of the doubt when they fall off the radar right now.

Not that it matters, but he posted an Instagram story on 2/20 to which I replied to.  No response.  I then e-mailed him on 2/21 stating that if he didn't respond in some capacity that I was going to start a thread on OLH.  Of course, no response. 

Since that time though, he posted an IG story on 3/12 during a golf event, to which I replied to - but again, no response to either my IG message or any of my e-mails...or any of my PMs through OLH.

Again, I felt like I DID give him ample time and benefit of the doubt, but when he's clearly posting Instagram stories during and after all of my e-mails and messages and is not responding at all, I start to question things...

ZAZ, you have been very patient and had every right to post this thread to get a response. Hopefully it will get resolved. My point was that is that he is not [u]ignoring [/u]the thread if he hasn't signed in to see it. But when he does sign in again, hopefully it doesn't become another VRAT the RAT situation, who clearly doesn't care about his transactions as evidenced by his responses when he was called out.   

Has he been here to post anything for sale? Sometimes phones show activity here, when its not actually a login or post event.  I know my phone says I am here, when I open tapatalk, but I don't even have to browse the forums to show activity. Michael used to sell here all the time, at leats monthly, so its a bit surprising that he hasn't sold anything recently either.  I am by no menas defending his actions, but it seems unlikely for him not to communicate here, since its his largest channel for sales and I am sure that he cares about his reputation here.

I agree with everyone else here, that you have given him adequate time under most circumstances to respond, and if he ignoring you elsewhere, it appears that your only course of action is an trader honest feedback.

Maybe stating he was ignoring this thread was improper. Let's say he is ignoring the buyer. ZAZ has tried for weeks to contact him and has been ignored. Again, I have dealt with Srs many times with no issues but as I've said, here we are. This could have easily been me or anyone else. I, too, believe it is time for appropriate feedback regarding his transaction. He is out $350 and has a broken jar. Enuf said.

To be clear and per my initial post, I'm not out of $350.  We worked a deal/trade where I would send him 22 RASS (aged - 2016) in return for the jar.

Then you’re out 22 cigars.

Damn that thing is busted all to hell. It's a real shame too cause It would have been a beautiful jar... :'(

Okay so it's officially being ignored since last login was Saturday the 17th of April. I have yet to see an update on this nor appropriate feedback. I absolutely hope this gets resolved.
