Yep that money back guarantee is really a problem...What i really love is guys like you "TheGiver" who contact me and ask about trying a couple of the cigars to see if you want to buy the box.  You don't offer to pay for the cigars...I oblige and send you two Opus X Perfection #5s to try FREE...no "thanksfor sending me two free 16 year old cigars", no "got them", no "they were great " no "they sucked"...AND YOU COME HERE TO THROW STONES AT ME???? YOU ARE A DBAG.  You throw the same vile at CF.

For those of you new to the post The Giver contacted me a month ago and asked if he could try two of the Opus X I was selling for a friend before committing to a box.  I sent him two free.  Never received a single word from him after that-never a thanks, anything.  As I said previously the cigars were bought and stored by a guy I know in Alabama.  BECAUSE I COULDN'T VERIFY HOW THEY WERE STORED OVER THE 15-20 YEARS ANYONE THAT WAS UNHAPPY WITH THE CIGARS GOT THEIR $$$ BACK.  CAN'T DO MUCH MORE THAN THAT.

HEY GIVER, send me a couple late '90s Cohibas to try free.  If I like them I'll be happy, if I don't I'll be sad...either way you are an ass for coming on here to criticize me after I sent you free cigars to try.

I bought a full box of Don Carlos #2 from McGoospot. The cigars were not in the condition I thought they should be in. He [u][b]immediately[/b][/u] refunded me my money, even before I sent back the cigars. I can attest that McGoospot is no scam artist, or even here to be misleading in any way, shape or form. Unlike some of the other predators on this site.

Cigar folk are supposed to be gentlemen, and help out each other, not see who can fuck who in the ass like a [i]faggot[/i]. If there are any queer folk here, I apologize for the reference, and I don't mean to hurt your feelings.(you know who you are) :finger:

So we are clear, I spoke to a CFer who said he got some...Hemingways(I think) and they were AMAZING. I told him that I had a Opus that was not IMO what it should be. He again stated what he got was extremely good. Then a couple weeks later you posted with more Opus. I thought...what the heck, I'll try a couple and if they are good like the Hemis my buddy got, I'll get them. My bad on not reaching back out to you after I smoked one. Again...MY FAULT. I in no way ever implied that you were trying to rip anyone off. So lets not (you or anyone else)spin it in that direction. But come on Mike...sending out 2 cigars(because the lot had been in question) in a lot of 300 boxes? You are right I should have communicated better to you.

Since you're throwing out "MORON", I thought it might be a good time to point 2 things out:

1. You posted this in the wrong thread.

2. You accused them of slander. Then posted the definition of slander. Had you READ the definition, you may have realized slander applies to spoken words. The accusation you were looking for is libel.

Apparently you can't read either.
1- go back to page 1 in the thread and you will see where Taps86 carries over his rant.
2- slander is both a noun and a verb depending on the context it is used in. Libel is a synonym of slander.
