Colibri Trifecta and Vector fuel.

Big cans of whatever's cheap and multi-refined.

Anyone that ownes a st dupont, is the price worth it, or can you get the same performance from a 40 or 50 dollar name brand

I've had my Dupont for about 8 yrs., it's my favorite, I use it all the time. In the end they all make fire, like a Breitling and Citizen both tell time.

Some people treat them like jewlery, and at $750 MSRP I guess it may be, I carry mine and use it all the time so it shows it, and it doesn't bother me. 

I like it better than a torch, but is has limitations, you really cant use it outside.  They are counterfeited almost as often as Cohibas, so buying on E-bay is a crapshoot.  Authorized retailers cannot give significant discoiunts; however, there are/were some guys around that would "hook you up".

I got my Linge2 Black Laq from someone in Cali for about 1/2 of MSRP + a fiver of large Opus back when they were not released on the west coast.  (I think it was 5 it's been a long time)

I've been between my 2 different Colibri Trifectas and I decided to use colibri fuel because I've used other stuff and that is when the lighters get inconsistent lighting.  Just something I've noticed recently and it doesn't happen with the colibri fuel maybe it has to do with refinement.  Can anyone confirm this?

Colibri Vortex and Blazer fuel.

Lighter (1) Zippo (never fails)
Fuel: Zippo, but any naptha fuel works fine.

Lighter (2) Blazer PB-207 (going on ten years and still works every time).
Fuel: Vector
