Wade needs to give someone admin rights here so they can delete posts from [b]KNOWN SCUMBAGS[/b]
At least it would be another step to help stop this.

No prob.  The only admin as far as I know is Wade, the site's owner.  I believe Moki, The Master, and maybe Insight stepped in several months back to help him sort through some difficulties related to an ongoing scam and perhaps to make the site policies more relevent to today's online cigar community, but as far as I'm aware Wade is the only one with the athority to delete posts from, "KNOWN SCUMBAGS", and he has made it clear that he does not wish to go down that road.  Like it or hate it, that's the way it is I believe.

Update:

After sending a last ditch, shot in the dark, PM to Froglicker/ChiliBean/John, he actually responded to me and we had a little chat.. and monday actually sent me something in the mail to make it right.. Not Money, but cigars.. And thats fine, because that was my suggestion to him VIA pm

I am a little surprised, given of how things have transpired over the past year or so. I figured why not send a PM and make an effort. I asked a simple question and received an answer, and now we are even

he did say that "he apologized for the way he acted in the past". And he did make it right.. Now while i believe in second chances, and im glad he actually made this right, i am just hoping things get better as far as him looking at the past and maybe making it right for others..   Sometimes the Past is how the future is judged.  

Just food for thought to the other members... Hope everybody has a happy holidays

I don't buy it.  I only hope he doesn't rip off his family over the holidays.

I don't buy it either, he had way too long before any apologies were given and "made it right."  I believe in 2nd chances as well, but scamming multiple people is much different than having one transaction go bad.  He is a thief, not someone that made a mistake.
