Re: Board Misrepresentations
I agree with what you are saying.
I don't agree with it being an issue on 'this' board.
Why, because of the way it operates as a profit center(not Wade's but the guys selling).
Look at the fake crap on flea-bay or kegslist...you get crap there too.
Unless folks can report threads and then have a mod look at it...well, crap like this occurs.
At least there's a room for it!
..of to smoke an ERDM-L!

Yes but the rules state that if you don't like something that's posted walk on by. This room gives unsuspecting buyers a place to look to see if they're getting ripped off or getting stuff from reputable people. No way in the world I'd buy something from that guy unless it was in a sealed box givern the fact that he clearly misrepresented what he was selling on the TSBC. Maybe if more people complained about these things less shit would go down.

Re: Board Misrepresentations
A perfect example of the reply to a post gumming up the works for a seller:
"Did you own the orig box? where was it sourced? "
Grrrr. I would take the word of this seller over the doubt of the one question.
CB
edit: poster has said he meant to PM, which is great, but a few R&J's fake? Oy.

Great coffee, cigars and whiskey. Love them all.

Re: Board Misrepresentations
I’m the one who’s this thread is directed at. Mcgoospot, in your pm to me where you pointed out my error I did apologize for my mistake to you directly. Plus I addressed this with the person who bought the lot. I did not mean to misrepresent what I was posting. This particular lot I posted all the cigars were bought as single and I didn’t have the original box for box codes. Any cc I’ve sold from boxes, I’ve always listed box codes when available. Any error on my part I am sorry for. It wasn’t made on purpose. I would like to be part of this community for a long time.

Re: Board Misrepresentations
One of the other issues brought up, pyjamas, is the the issue of several posts in a row for different items for sale. It works better for everyone if you could try and group your items together and then cross out the items as they are sold.
That way you do not take up the whole first page and knock all the other listings off.
Reasonable?

Yes, that was pointed out to me as well. It's something I've managed to correct on my last couple of posts. It's a learning process for me but now I know.
Thanks

FWIW, I've dealt with Mike on multiple transactions, and his smokes are of the highest quality and value. I still don't understand his handle here or why he uses his wife's email address, but we've all got our issues, don't we?
